Center of Hope Family Services, Inc. is a 501(c)3 nonprofit corporation founded in 1997. Our mission is to elevate the life outcomes of adults, children, and families in urban and suburban settings. Our programs include:

CHFS is actively engaged in the local ASPIRE network, which will build the agency’s capacity to develop, implement, and seek funding for data-informed, evidence based programs aligned with community agreed upon needs and objectives. CHFS staff currently participate in both the ASPIRE Early Childhood and High School Graduation Networks. CHFS will continue to engage in the ASPIRE network, and bring a “grass roots” perspective to data analysis, cradle to career vision and scope, strategic communications, and policy and advocacy alignment.
